Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. She has received best-recognition for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama, in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013, where she was Claudia Shepard. In 2015, she was in her role as Jerrica Jem for the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. There is also an older sister, Ally. Aubrey performed in The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for 10 years. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class in 2012. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice the second time to accept the role she played in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was also in two television-based films, Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She had a major role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama in the second season. Peeples revealed her bipolar disorder in an interview she gave the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors aged under twenty years old in September 2014.
